(More customer reviews)This thread came in an optional embroidery package, sold by the internet seller that I purchased my Brother PE700ii from. These threads are advertised as 50 wt., which is what the Brother machines are reported to be set at in the factory process. Brother previously made their own threads, but I guess have since discontinued them. So, Polystar (a company I cannot find much about yet) has produced this thread to perfectly match the original Brother thread colors, and to perfectly fit the Brother machines. I have used many colors from this thread package, and have found them to work well 99% of the time. An occasional color seems prone to easy breakage, but this could also be due to tension issues or operator error. This thread package includes Polystar's regular polyester thread colors; Polystar also produces Country Colors and Nick Colors. These all match the Brother preset designs as well as those found on Brother embroidery cards and cartridges. The thread is vibrant, strong, and has been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this package, as well as the additional packages I mentioned above. Just keep in mind they are 50 wt, and are specific to the machines they are advertised to work with.
